There are two bedrooms upstairs, both have twin beds which can be used together as a large king size bed or separately as two singles depending on your preferences. Both bedrooms open out onto a balcony with space to sit outside and enjoy the surrounding mountains and lake all year around.

 

We can accommodate additional babies in the apartment under the age of 2. We have a clean, well maintained Travel cot available free for your use, please let us know before your arrival if it needed. 

 

The bathroom is also located upstairs. It has been recently modernised and includes a large walk-in Rain shower with a wonderful view of Lake Millstatt. There is underfloor heating and a heated towel rail so its lovely and toasty in the winter months.

 

Downstairs is an open planned living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space. There is an integrated dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, and oven with induction hob. The living area opens directly onto the outside terrace seating area where there is space to enjoy meals together or simply relax. A BBQ is located on the garden terrace which you are welcome to use.

 

There is a communal entrance hall with space to sit to put shoes on, and a small communal utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and space for additonal coats and shoe storage.

We aim to be environmentally conscious at Haus Otis. There is space for bikes, a herb garden on the terrace, insect hotel, and refillable or eco products used where possible. Our own vegetable and fruit garden behind the property we are happy to share any produce with you, and children are welcome to pick anything ready. We compost on site.

There is a 11kw electric car charger at the apartment (charged at 0.20cents kw for 2024)

During December for the advent, Christmas and New year season, inside and outside is decorated with Festive lighting and decorations for you to enjoy during the wintery season. And hopefully snow!
